Adele returned to the grief stricken Grammy Awards. While Jennifer Hudson sang a simple, yet powerful tribute to the late Whitney Houston, the awards carried on.
The ‘Someone Like You’ singer returned to the stage after enduring several problems with her throat. She appears to be back on her game and even performed ‘Rolling in the Deep’ to a standing ovation. Several celebs congratulated her on her wins which pretty much swept the night.
Justin Bieber: “@OfficialAdele well done”
Oprah Winfrey: “Adele! Adele ! This her Year! YAAAY!”
Katy Perry: “@OfficialAdele show em how its done, like a BOSS. #cutestsweetestmostdeservingest”
Rye Rye: “Awww Adele this is inspiring!! I love that she appreciates it so much
Pia Toscano: “Absolutely breath taking!!! What a beautiful woman & what a voice. Thank you Adele for an inspiring performance.”
